Important Notice – relocation of Walderslade office.

As the lease on our office premises located at 10 Sherwood House, Walderslade is shortly due to expire we have made the decision to merge with our branch situated in Aylesford Village.

We welcome all existing and new clients to visit us at our Aylesford office located approximately 6 miles from Walderslade. There are two large free car parks nearby and a short term waiting area directly outside the office for you to drop or collect your books. A map with directions can be found on the contact us page. If you would prefer us to visit your premises we are more than happy to do so.

Although the Walderslade office will not officially close until the 31st July all business activities out of this office will cease as from the 30th June.

If your Registered Office is currently listed at the Walderslade address and we are still able to offer a service to you. However, you do need to change the situation to our Aylesford address. You will shortly receive by post Form 287 that should be signed and returned to us in the stamped addressed envelope provided. This will then enable us to officially register the change at Companies House.

It is important to note that if the Walderslade address is printed on your official company stationery this will need to be changed to show the Aylesford address at: The Corner House, 2 High Street, Aylesford, Kent ME20 7BG.

We very much regret any inconvenience or costs you may incur as a result of this change but wish to assure you that, although our fee for providing a Registered Office address to new clients is £100, we will continue to offer this service to every one of our existing clients totally free of charge.
